Currently, we support international bank wire to our Indonesian Bank Accounts, either in Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollar account. For those that are familiar, Wise Transfer is also an easy and possible option. As for Bitcoin, we are able to do it under the condition that we verify both of us are on standby as we need to exchange the coin immediately upon receiving it. Domestic USA and European banks are available soon.

If you are purchasing our ready stock in USA or Europe and ship it to the respective region, then product will be delivered in 5 working days after payment at max, unless being told different. If your purchase have to come directly from Indonesia then it will take 14 – 20 days for air freight or 45 – 75 days for sea freight.

Never! We are committed into transparency. The price you see on the website or the ones quoted directly by our staff is shipping, tax, tariff and other fees inclusive. You will NOT be required to pay anything more than what we quoted on the invoice.

Yes, but we recommend meeting a minimum order quantity to make it cost-effective. Due to new Indonesian regulations on kratom exports, there are mandatory government fees exceeding $1,000 per shipment. To keep the per-kilo cost reasonable, we suggest a minimum shipment of at least 500 kg. Smaller orders are possible, but the additional cost per kilo will be significantly higher.

We package our products in a vacuumed, transparent plastic bags. Usually the sizes are in 1kgs bags but we are open to discussion should you need the bags to be in larger or smaller sizes.
